You may increase the quantities of rentals as much as our inventory allows at any given time, but we cannot lower the quantities because we turning away other clients to ensure we can deliver for your event.

Once a down payment is received and the rentals for the agreed upon date are confirmed, other reservations are turned away to make sure we honor our agreement with you. Because of this, we do not refund any down payments.

We encourage our clients to book at least 30 days in advance, but we can provide a rental quote based on availability at least 7 days before your event. A signed contract and 25% nonrefundable deposit will reserve the items for your event.

Our product rentals include delivery within a 30 mile radius of Chattanooga. Longer delivery distances may require an additional fee.

All items that are not on a dolly or cart should be folded and stacked in the manner that they were delivered. Most of our chairs will be delivered in a cart for ease of transport and organization.

The customer is completely responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery/rental until the time of pickup/return. After we receive, clean, and count your rental items, we will notify you of any charges for broken, damaged, or missing equipment.
