Once a down payment is received and the rentals for the agreed upon date are confirmed, other reservations are turned away to make sure we honor our agreement with you. Because of this, we do not refund any down payments.
We encourage our clients to book at least 30 days in advance, but we can provide a rental quote based on availability at least 7 days before your event. A 25% deposit within 7 days of contract creation will reserve the items for your event.
No. A delivery fee is added as an additional item to the contract. We calculate the fees based on mileage, difficulty of access (ie. stairs, elevator/etc.), and time of day. When you pay a deposit to confirm your reservation we will secure the delivery fee at that time.
We require someone from your party there on the day of delivery to confirm the quantity and condition of the rental items. A signature and balance of payment is due at the time of delivery, and these can be finalized ahead of time if the person signing/paying is not available for delivery. Failure to pay and sign by the time of delivery or to have someone available at delivery can cause our team to leave without unloading the rental items. We will try to reach you if no one is present, and if we wait for your arrival we will charge $100/per hour in 15 minute increments.
All items that are not on a dolly should be folded and stacked in the manner that they were delivered. Most of our tables an chairs will be delivered in a dolly for ease of transport and organization.
The customer is completely responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery/rental until the time of pickup/return. After we receive, clean, and count your rental items, we will notify you of any charges for broken, damaged, or missing equipment.
